This system offers a wide range of advanced active safety and driver assistance technologies that include Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Intelligent Emergency Braking.
Other advanced active safety features found in the 2019 Nissan Murano include Nissan’s unique Rear Door Alert system which notifies to the driver to check the rear seats before exiting.
Powering the 2019 Nissan Murano is a 3.5-liter V6 engine with 260 horsepower which is paired to a continuously variable Xtronic automatic gearbox. This transmission provides both comfort and improved fuel economy.
NissanConnect feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard on the new Nissan Murano.
"The first-generation Nissan Murano had a profound impact on the SUV market when it was introduced in 2003. As a pioneer of the CUV trend, it offered forward-looking design sensibility that combined an elegant style with premium features – without a luxury price tag," said Steve Rhind, director of marketing, Nissan Canada Inc.
