As you probably know September 23rd (today) marks the first day of Fall, it is a time of change in many ways... the colors, the temperature, it rains a little more, our appreciation for hot beverages increases, and we get to wear a stylish amount of clothing, but what about our cars? Fall also marks a great opportunity to take advantage of the season, using the nice days to get ready for the coming shift in weather. How? Well read on and we will offer you some things you can do to be prepared for change.

Car Check – When the weather is still nice enough to be outside it is a great time to do some checks on the good old wagon. Thus, preventing things going wrong when the weather is, well, not so hot. Here are some points to consider:

Tire Pressure Check
Fluids Check (windshield, oil, coolant etc.)
Car Cleaning
Heater Check
Locate block heater cable/Find your extension cable
Beat the Season – Fall lasts for about 3 months, and you know what comes after that. If you have been in Winterpeg for any amount of time you know that it’s much better not getting caught off guard by that white fluffy stuff, so what can we put in our vehicle to help with now AND later?
