Nissan Sales on the Rise Last Month

The Nissan Canada Group saw total sales increase by 5.6 % in Canada last month with a total of 13,943 units sold across the country. The Nissan division registered 12,825 sales in May, an increase of 5.4 % compared to the same month last year.

New Nissan SUVs and pickups lead the way in sales in May

The 2017 Nissan Rogue continued to be Nissan’s best-selling model in Canada last month with 4,172 units sold, an increase of 18.3 %. The 2017 Nissan Pathfinder midsize SUV also did very well with 963 units sold, a gain of 33.6 %.

Nissan’s lineup of new pickups also did very well. The Nissan Titan full-size truck more than doubled its sales with 386 units sold while the Nissan Frontier midsize pickup saw its sales increase by 18.7 % with 482 units sold.

The Nissan 370Z sport coupe as well as the all-electric Nissan Leaf also saw its sales increase in May.
