First Look at the 2023 Nissan Z | Nissan's Popular Sports Car Returns to Vickar Nissan! | Engine, Interior, Technology, and More!

The all-new 2023 Nissan Z is on its way, and we eagerly anticipate its release. Vickar Nissan gives us a first look at the much-anticipated coupe, and we couldn't be more excited.

The 370Z was released in 2009 and remained virtually unchanged until its discontinuation in 2020. But all that changes with the release of the 2023 Z. Nissan has pumped this new Z with loads of technology features and a more powerful engine than its predecessor.

If you're a car enthusiast or Nissan Z owner, you won't want to miss this! The all-new 2023 Nissan Z is coming to Vickar Nissan for a limited time on June 10th, Friday from 9 am to 11 am.

This will be the first chance to see the 2023 Z in person, so make sure to take plenty of pictures and videos! Since this is a pre-production unit, there won't be any test drives available. However, you can check out the gallery of pictures and videos of the 2023 Z on our website.

What's New for the 2023 Z?

Nissan is giving driving enthusiasts something to get excited about with the all-new 2023 Nissan Z. This sports car features a sleek and modern design, updated performance, and cutting-edge technology. Here's a look at what's new for the 2023 Z:

• A refreshed exterior design that includes a new grille, hood, and headlights.
• An updated infotainment system with a larger touch screen display.
• Standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
• Available wireless charging for your smartphone.
• Improved performance thanks to a new turbocharged engine option.

A choice of either a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed automatic transmission.

Models | What are the trim levels on the Z?

The all-new 2023 Nissan Z is offered in two models: the Z Sport and the Z Performance. The Performance model comes with an exclusive Proto Spec option that includes yellow-colored brake calipers, bronze-colored 19-inch RAYS aluminum-alloy wheels, and an exclusive shift lever knob (for manual transmissions only).

The Proto Spec also features exclusive Proto Spec leather-appointed seats with yellow accents, exclusive Proto Spec suede + cloth door trim with yellow stitching, and special Proto Spec interior stitching.

Body | How's the outside of the Z?

The all-new 2023 Nissan Z is a true return to form for the legendary Japanese sports car. With a traditional rear-wheel-drive layout, high rigidity body, and advanced aerodynamics, the all-new Z is sure to turn heads on the street and the track.

Powered by an all-new twin-turbocharged V6 engine, the all-new Z has the power and performance to back up its aggressive styling. And with a heritage-inspired exterior design, the all-new Z is sure to please fans of the original model.

With six available two-tone premium exterior color schemes, there's sure to be one that catches your eye. Featuring a Super Black roof and a choice of Brilliant Silver, Boulder Gray, Seiran Blue, Ikazuchi Yellow, Passion Red TriCoat, and Everest White Pearl TriCoat. And with Three available monotone exterior colors: Black Diamond Metallic, Gun Metallic, and Rosewood Metallic. You can choose the perfect look for your Z. No matter what color you choose, you'll be turning heads when you hit the road in your all-new Nissan Z.

Engine and Driveline | What's under the Z's hood?

This car is a true sports car, with a front-engine/rear-wheel-drive layout and a powerful VR30DDTT 3.0L V6 Twin Turbo engine. The engine is rated at 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque @ 1,600 – 5,200 RPM, making it capable of some serious performance. The car also features a 6-speed close-ratio manual transmission, with an available SynchroRev Match feature that allows for heel-toe-like downshifting. With its available 9-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode, launch control, and Downshift Rev Matching, the all-new Nissan Z is built for performance.

Suspension, Steering, and Braking | How comfortable is the Z?

Under the hood is a powerful engine that delivers plenty of torque and power. The all-new suspension system provides excellent handling, while the available limited-slip differential ensures that all that power gets to the ground. And with 4-wheel disc brakes, you can be sure that you can stop on a dime.

This new model features all-new Sport Brakes with 14.0-inch front/13.8-inch rear rotors and 4-piston front/2-piston rear aluminum calipers, and a red caliper finish (Performance). There are also available yellow-painted brake calipers (Proto Spec). The all-new 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and 245/45R18 front / 245/45R18 rear Yokohama ADVAN Sport high-performance tires look amazing and set this car off. For those who want an even more performance-focused look, there are also available 19-inch RAYS® super-lightweight forged-alloy wheels with 255/40R19 front / 275/35R19 rear Bridgestone Potenza® S007 high-performance tires (Performance).

Interior Features | How's the inside of the Z?

The all-new 2023 Nissan Z is a two-seat sports car that blends modern technology with classic Z hallmarks. The center stack is inspired by the 240Z and features an analog triple-pod cluster (turbocharger boost, turbocharger turbine speed, voltmeter). The seats are an 8-way manual for the driver and a 4-way manual for the passenger. Heated seats are available as an upgrade. The upholstery is black woven seat cloth with synthetic suede inserts. It features available leather-appointed seating surfaces with synthetic suede inserts, automatic temperature control, and a leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel.

Display

The standard 8.0-inch display audio touchscreen with a 6-speaker audio system is perfect for listening to your favorite tunes, while the available 9.0-inch touchscreen with navigation (Performance) and Bose® audio system with 8 speakers (Performance) offers an even more immersive experience. SiriusXM® Radio (SiriusXM® subscription required, sold separately) is also available, making it easy to stay entertained on the go. And with Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System and Hands-free Text Messaging Assistant, you can stay connected even while on the move. Some of the most notable changes for the 2023 model include an all-new design, updated performance features, and available NissanConnect® Services powered by SiriusXM.
